Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Attentiv ("we", "us") collects through attentivtech.com, the Attentiv dashboard (app.attentivtech.com), and the Attentiv measurement tag, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information. When you contact us or request access, we collect your name, email address, company, and the information you choose to share.
- Account information. When a publisher account is created, we collect the account email, publisher/company name, site domains, configuration settings, and billing contact details.
- Measurement data. The Attentiv tag, installed by publishers on their own sites, collects technical events needed to operate the service: ad slot identifiers, viewability events (time in viewport), device type, country, and page domain. This data is aggregated and used for measurement, reporting, and billing. The tag does not build user profiles, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect names, emails, or other directly identifying information from site visitors.
- Website data. attentivtech.com stores only your language preference in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to operate and improve the Service, produce publisher reporting, calculate usage-based billing, issue invoices, provide support, and communicate with publishers about their account.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate: hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare, Netlify, and Supabase), billing and payment service providers used to issue invoices and collect payments on our behalf, and communication tools used for support. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security obligations.
4. Data retention
We retain account information while an account is active and for as long as needed for legal, billing, and reporting purposes. Aggregated measurement data is retained to provide historical reporting to publishers.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and domain validation of the measurement tag against each publisher's registered sites.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Publishers can request deletion of their account data at any time. We will respond in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Argentine Law 25.326 and, where applicable, the GDPR for individuals in the European Economic Area.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its "last updated" date.
